An answer box, not a bubble in the corner
It can replace your site search, sit inline in a page, float in the corner or have a page of its own. The search bar is the placement nobody else takes, and it is where the intent is highest.
The problem
People arrive looking for one specific thing: whether you ship somewhere, whether you take a trade in, whether there is a way to pay in instalments. If no page says, they leave, and nothing anywhere records that they asked. The answers are the hook. The list of questions is the product.
do you take trade ins I'm not sure. Nothing on this site covers that. Here is the contact form if you would like a person to answer. Logged as a gap. You take them in store and no page says so.
The question and the gap under it are the prototype's own. Saying so plainly rather than guessing, offering the contact form and recording the gap are on every plan, free included.
What you get
It can replace your site search, sit inline in a page, float in the corner or have a page of its own. The search bar is the placement nobody else takes, and it is where the intent is highest.
Answers are read from your own pages, products, blog posts and bookings, and each one links to its source. There is no general knowledge behind it. Your pages are re-read nightly and again within minutes of you publishing.
Verbatim and unedited, exactly as it was typed, with repeats inside a day counted once. That log is the thing you could not get any other way.
Grouped by why they failed: no page covers it, the page exists but is thin, the answer is out of date, or the question was unclear. Each one is somebody who left without what they came for.
Hundreds of unique questions collapse into a handful of themes, re-clustered every week, so you can see what people are really asking about and which way it is moving. Doing that by hand is a week of work.
Anything you would rather word exactly can be pinned, and a pinned answer always wins over anything read from your pages. Price lists, warranty terms and size guides can be uploaded and answered from too.

The four are the prototype's own list, with the same word beside each. They are not a paid tier: one bad answer on a live site costs more than any subscription is worth.

Questions
That is a chat bubble in the corner, which is a support channel. This is an answer box: it replaces your site search or sits inside a page, answers in one shot with a link to the source, and reports back what people asked. Different surface, different job.
It says so plainly rather than guessing, offers your contact form, and records the question as a gap. Those three are on every plan including free.
The box does not disappear and the visitor sees no error. It falls back to keyword search across your indexed pages with the contact form still there. A box that quietly keeps working is worth more than a warning nobody reads.
Yes, on the paid plans. Price lists, warranty terms and size guides can be uploaded as PDF, DOCX or plain text and are read alongside your pages.
They can be, so personal detail is redacted as questions arrive, logging can be turned off for a site entirely, and how long anything is kept is a setting you hold rather than one we hold.

One email, for this app. We do not sell or share addresses.
